InControl Call Reporting is a browser-based program that provides reports of incoming and outgoing calls.

License Features

This license package provides the ability for (1) user to run call reports for all users on an SL2100 system.

This license package consists of:

• (1) InControl Server License
• (1) InControl Reporter License
• (1) 3rd-Party CTI License

Report categories

• Detailed Reports: Extension Call Details, Phone Number Details
• Summary Reports: Department Call Summary, Extension Summary by Department, Extension Call Summary
• Other Reports: Trunk Utilization

Requirements

PC Requirements

An external PC is required and must be on the same LAN as the SL2100 CPU. It is recommended that the PC be dedicated for the InControl.
The PC running InControl must be running SL2100 Contact Center 2.1 software and SL2100 UC Services 5.1 software, however Contact Center licenses are not required. Both software items are no-charge downloads.
InControl does not require the SL2100 SMDR License.

SL2100 Requirements

The SL2100 must be running system software 1.04.05 or higher.

ACD Reports

Call reports on ACD activity will require the Contact Center License (InControl is not required for ACD activity reports).

Notes

InControl does not provide reports on Account Codes.
Only (1) user can run reports at a time, even if multiple users are sharing the same username & password.
If additional users need to run reports, additional InControl Call Reporting Add-on Reporter Licenses can be added to the system.
