Allows (1) additional monitor (user) to run Contact Center call reports.
Notes
Only (1) user can run reports at a time, even if multiple users are sharing the same username & password.
Requirements
System must be equipped with ACD License (BE116752) and Contact Center Basic License Bundle (BE116765). Client PC (for monitoring & running reports) requires SL2100 Contact Center 2.1 or higher software and UC Services 5.1 or higher software.

License Activation
- During checkout, you will be asked to supply a site name and address (required by NEC to activate a license)
- Most licenses are pre-loaded, when they're purchased with an SL2100 or SL1100 phone system
- If your license can not be pre-loadeded, your license will be emailed to you within 24 business hours of your purhcase
