This license package provides the ability for (1) user to run reports for all ACD agents on an SL2100 system.
Provides PC features related to the SL2100 ACD license:
- Real-time desktop display of ACD/Contact Center status
- Reporting of Contact Center status and activity
This license package consists of:
- (1) Basic Contact Center Feature License
- (1) Contact Center Monitor License
Requirements
PC Requirements
SL2100 Contact Center 2.1 or higher software and UC Services 5.1 or higher software must be installed on a dedicated PC or server, as well as on any client PC that will be monitoring and running reports.
SL2100 Requirements
- The SL2100 must be running system software 1.04.05 or higher
- The SL2100 system must be equipped with ACD License (BE116752)
Max Limit
Max (15) additional Monitor licenses (BE116766) can be added

License Activation
- During checkout, you will be asked to supply a site name and address (required by NEC to activate a license)
- Most licenses are pre-loaded, when they're purchased with an SL2100 or SL1100 phone system
- If your license can not be pre-loadeded, your license will be emailed to you within 24 business hours of your purhcase
